As a senior picture photographer, I love it when I get to shoot at new locations in PA! When planning Emily’s session, she mentioned wanting her pics done in a coffee shop or library. I haven’t done a session in a library or coffee shop before and I was excited to scope out some new locations. I made a list of recommended libraries and coffee shops in the area and headed out on my adventure. As soon as I walked into Carnegie Coffee Company, I knew it was the perfect location for Emily’s session. Carnegie Coffee Company is in an old post office building that has large gorgeous windows that let in a ton of beautiful natural light. I love that it even has a free library in the back where the books have been perfectly color coordinated. Check out some of my favorite pictures from her session!

Pittsburgh Senior Photographers | Downtown Senior Pictures | Aidan

One of my favorite spots as a senior photographer is downtown Pittsburgh! I absolutely love taking pictures on rooftops, in alleyways, on the bridges, and on the North Shore with the beautiful Pittsburgh city skyline in the background. I had so much fun taking Sophie’s senior photos! She wanted to do her senior pictures in Schenley Park and on the University of Pittsburgh campus. It was really cold and snowy on the day of her session. I was worried we were going to need to reschedule, but she wanted to go for it and I am so glad she did! Pittsburgh PA Senior Photographer | Downtown Pittsburgh and Mellon Park Senior Pictures | Elizabeth

Elizabeth’s senior session was so much fun! We started her session at Mellon Park and then ended the night at the Roberto Clemente Bridge in downtown Pittsburgh PA. I love the garden and urban combination. Mellon Park is one of my favorite locations in Pittsburgh because of the variety of backdrops it has to offer with the walled garden and cobblestone paths. In addition, I could take pictures on the Roberto Clemente Bridge all night. I love how many different shots that you can get on the bridge just by changing your angle.

On the night of her session, the light was amazing! I love how the sun was shining ever so perfectly on her in the pictures of her in front of the wrought iron gate and steps. At the end of the night, Elizabeth wanted to get a couple of pictures with her soccer shoes and I am so glad she did! I love how the color of her shoes pop in those pictures! Pittsburgh PA Senior Pictures | Sewickley Heights Senior Photographers | Madalynn

Congratulations Madalynn on your graduation! I have been eagerly waiting to take Madalynn’s senior pictures since her brother’s downtown Pittsburgh senior session a couple of years ago! We did Madalynn’s senior session at Sewickley Heights Borough Park. Sewickley Heights Borough Park is one of my favorite locations in the Pittsburgh PA area. I love the tall grass, large open fields and wildflowers. It was definitely the perfect location for Madalynn’s senior pictures!
