Pittsburgh College Graduate Photography | University of Pittsburgh | Abby

I was so excited when Abby reached out to me and ask me to do her college graduate photography session at the University of Pittsburgh. The University of Pittsburgh’s campus has a beautiful campus! I could spend hours taking pictures around the Cathedral of Learning alone. I love the architecture, red doors, blossoming tree-lined sidewalks, gorgeous staircases, and the Mary Schenley Memorial Fountain.

I had so much fun walking around the campus with Abby! We embraced the windy day and used it to our advantage. I am obsessed with the photos where Abby’s hair and gown are blowing in the wind. I am so glad that she reach out to me and wanted to do a college graduate session. I can’t think of a better way to celebrate her graduation as she moves into the next chapter in her life! Congratulations Abby!

Congratulations to this beautiful University of Pittsburgh grad! I love that Aliana wanted to do her graduation session on the University of Pittsburgh campus. What a meaningful location! Jennifer and Chris are high school sweethearts! They got married five years ago at Heinz Memorial Chapel. When we were discussing locations, Jennifer mentioned doing her maternity pictures Heinz Memorial Chapel. I absolutely loved the idea! Not only is the location meaningful, but the red doors at Heinz Memorial make such a beautiful backdrop. I had a blast spending the evening walking around the University of Pittsburgh with the two of them. They are so cute together! They have such a fun loving relationship. Pittsburgh Senior Portrait Photography | Schenley Plaza and University of Pittsburgh Senior Photos | Madelyn

Madelyn’s session was so much fun! Madelyn just got accepted into the University of Pittsburgh! Because of this, Madelyn’s mom suggested the University of Pittsburgh as a possible location for her session. I absolutely loved the idea! We met up by the carousel in Schenley Plaza and grab a couple of really fun portraits there before heading over to the Cathedral of Learning. I have taken pictures at the Cathedral of Learning a couple of times before but never notice the cute wrought iron gate going into the bottom level. As I was taking pictures of Madelyn in front of the wrought iron gate, a group of fraternity men walked by. When Madelyn’s mom asked if we could get a couple of pictures of Madelyn with them, I said YES!!!! That was by far my favorite moment during the session and will go down as one of the most memorable experiences on a shoot of all time! Here are a couple of my favorite pictures from Madelyn’s session.
