Nicolette Dixon Photography is a full service family photographer in Pittsburgh, PA, that specializes in creating custom artwork for your home and family heirloom albums. Her style captures the relationships and connections that you have with the ones that you love. Her unique, personalized, playful, and fun photography sessions will be something you look forward to every year. Nicolette will personally walk you through each step of the photography process; from helping you while you select your portrait session outfits to creating artwork for your walls. The products that she offers are amongst the highest quality available. She believes that photography is an important way of leaving an heirloom that can be passed on to future generations. Nicolette is available for maternity, newborn, baby, children, family, and high school senior photography. Nicolette offers lifestyle, studio and on-location sessions.
Before your session you will fill out a design questionnaire. The questionnaire will help in determining the perfect location for your session, the color scheme for your outfits, and where you would like to display the pictures in your home. Following your session you will be invited to a premiere to view, select, and order your pictures. During this time we will plan how best to display your portraiture in your home. The retainer for a lifestyle, studio or on-location photography session is $250 plus tax. The retainer includes up to 2 hours of session time and your premiere. Prints and products are available for purchase a la carte during the premiere.

The Baby's First Year collections start at $475 plus tax. Since the newborn session will need to be scheduled when your baby is 5-10 days new, it is important to contact her before your baby is born to reserve your due date on our calendar. She offers lifestyle, studio, and on-location photography sessions.
“I am so happy I found Nicolette! We have used her twice now. The first time was for my son’s one year photos in April, and the second time was a Fall shoot in early November after he turned 18 months. The most recent shoot was a more candid, documentary style Mommy and me session while I played with my son. Nicolette did an amazing job and I loved it!! I am always so ecstatic with how our pictures turn out. She gets so many smiley, precious photos even though I’m worried my son might not be smiling enough during the shoot. I think it helps that Nicolette is so sweet and warm and friendly; it really makes us feel like we’re being photographed by a good friend. Every time we work with her I get ideas for more photoshoots that would be fun to do. I’m also always so grateful for the time she spends with us during the shoot and after.
