As a graduation photographer based in Pittsburgh PA, I truly appreciate the beauty of the campuses in our area — and Carnegie Mellon University is no exception. The architecture there is absolutely stunning. Two of my favorite spots on campus are the College of Fine Arts building and Hamerschlag Hall. I could honestly spend all night taking pictures in those two spots alone!

Ethan’s session was such a blast! I don’t think I stopped laughing the entire evening.

Pittsburgh College Grad Photographer | Washington and Jefferson College Graduate Photos | Morgan

I had such a great time walking around Washington & Jefferson College with Morgan and taking her college grad photos! As a Pittsburgh photographer, I love how each spot that we went to was meaningful in some way to Morgan!

We started at her sorority, Delta Gamma, and then made our way over to the iconic Old Main Building. Old Main is absolutely stunning, with its grand staircase that stretches from the bottom of the hill all the way up to the entrance. That area alone has so many beautiful photo spots, from the large gated entryway to the charming stone path lined with trees.

Next, we stopped by her college bar, Main Street Brew House. There, Morgan brought out a lot of fun props for us to use, including a pair of glasses, a Surfside, and a glass featuring the Washington & Jefferson College logo.

We wrapped up at the Burnett Center, where Morgan spent most of her time taking classes. We grabbed some pictures with some crisp $100 dollar bills in honor of her accounting degree and then popped open a bottle of champagne!

Pittsburgh College Graduate Photographer | Duquesne University Grad Photos | Michaela and Lexi

As a Pittsburgh college graduate photographer, it is always a special experience to get to commemorate graduation with a fun photo shoot around campus. Recently, I had the pleasure of photographing Michaela and Lexi, two recent graduates, on the Duquesne University campus.

Duquesne University is beautiful! We started near Mellon Hall, where Michaela and Lexi took a majority of their classes. We then headed over to the fountain where we popped open some bottles of champagne to celebrate their achievements. We ended with photos of Michaela and Lexi by the ring and then grabbed some pictures of the two of them with the beautiful view of downtown Pittsburgh in the background.

Michaela and Lexi’s graduation shoot was a wonderful reminder of why I love being a Pittsburgh college graduate photographer. Congratulations to these amazing graduates!

Pittsburgh College Graduate Photography | University of Pittsburgh | Abby

I was so excited when Abby reached out to me and ask me to do her college graduate photography session at the University of Pittsburgh. The University of Pittsburgh’s campus has a beautiful campus! I could spend hours taking pictures around the Cathedral of Learning alone. I love the architecture, red doors, blossoming tree-lined sidewalks, gorgeous staircases, and the Mary Schenley Memorial Fountain.

I had so much fun walking around the campus with Abby! We embraced the windy day and used it to our advantage. I am obsessed with the photos where Abby’s hair and gown are blowing in the wind. I am so glad that she reach out to me and wanted to do a college graduate session. I can’t think of a better way to celebrate her graduation as she moves into the next chapter in her life!
